Job Details:

• Location: CASA GRANDE, AZ
• Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts
• Schedule: 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in Arizona, BLS certification; experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting within the past 12 months.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing; professional certification related to ICU or critical care.
• Additional Information: The nurse will be responsible for comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, coordination with the multidisciplinary team, and documentation of patient progress. The role involves direct patient care in a fast-paced environment, requiring effective communication, critical thinking, and adherence to organizational policies and regulatory standards.
