Job Details

• Location: CASA GRANDE, Arizona
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. One year of experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months, specifically in intensive care or relevant specialty area. Clinical performance competencies demonstrated through annual validations.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing and professional certification in critical care or related specialty are preferred.
• Additional Information: The role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and stretch frequently. Physical agility and reaction time are essential to respond to patient care needs promptly. May need to lift up to 75 pounds and use standard precautions due to exposure risk to blood and bodily fluids. Effective communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking, are necessary to coordinate patient care and document activities accurately.
