Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in CASA GRANDE, AZ. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for critically ill patients in an acute care environment. The RN will utilize specialized knowledge and skills to provide high-quality, patient-centered care, ensuring safety, efficiency, and positive patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification is required. Experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the ICU specialty area is preferred, with no minimum years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred. Professional certification in critical care is also preferred.
• Additional Information: This role involves direct patient care within a high-acuity environment, requiring responsiveness to unexpected patient needs. The RN will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, document care accurately, and uphold clinical performance competencies. The position may include supervisory responsibilities over licensed and non-licensed staff as needed.
