Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) CASA GRANDE, AZ. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for ICU patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. The RN is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring patient safety and comfort during night shifts.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification. Experience in an acute care hospital setting with at least 1 year in the specialty area or similar environment; the minimum experience required is 0 years. Familiarity with ICU procedures and patient care standards is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field. Professional certification in critical care or ICU nursing is preferred.
• Additional Information: The RN will be involved in direct patient care, utilizing specialized ICU skills to monitor and support critically ill patients. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with medical teams to ensure optimal outcomes. The role may involve supervision of staff and participation in quality improvement activities.
