Description

Job Summary
Pediatric Medical Floor RN in a pediatric specialty unit at a large pediatric healthcare provider location. The position involves providing specialized nursing care to pediatric patients in a multidisciplinary setting, with an emphasis on flexibility and adaptability to meet patient acuity needs.

Job Details

Position: RN Pediatric Medical/Surgical (Pediatrics)
Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
Certifications and Experience Requirements: Current BLS certification, at least 2 years of pediatric nursing experience in a large pediatric facility, with specialized skills in managing trach/vent patients, lumbar drains, chest tubes, PICC lines, TPN/Lipids, TBI, neuro assessments, seizure management, solid organ transplant patients, trauma, and rehabilitation patients
Additional Qualifications: Experience with IV starts, ketamine drips, heparin drips, high-flow oxygen weaning, and respiratory support management
Preferred Qualifications: BSN degree, previous travel experience
Float: Float rotation may be required
Submission Requirements: Candidates to demonstrate fulfilling the above qualifications and experience, available to start on 12/01/2026 and work through 03/06/2027.
