Operating Room Open Heart (OR OH) specialist positions are available at a healthcare facility in Corpus Christi, TX. These roles involve supporting cardiovascular surgeries, including coronary artery bypass grafts, valve repairs, and other open-heart procedures. The positions require cardiovascular operating room experience and availability to participate in call rotations.

Job Details

Location: Corpus Christi, TX
Position: Operating Room Certified Surgical Technologist with Open Heart Surgery experience
Schedule: Days, 10-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, including some Thursday call coverage and rotating weekends.
Required Qualifications: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification, CVOR/Open Heart Surgery scrub experience, ability to work independently in a high-acuity CVOR setting, experience with cardiac and vascular surgical procedures, ability to take call and respond within required timeframe, and 0 years of experience required.
Additional Information: Must participate in scheduled call rotation, maintain competencies for cardiovascular surgical procedures, and be able to work independently in a high-acuity CVOR setting.
Number of Positions: 2 positions available, with 2 openings.
