Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse - Night Shift - Located in an unspecified region. This position involves circulating and scrubbing for a wide range of surgical procedures, including general, neuro, orthopedic, ENT, and transplant surgeries. The role offers the opportunity to work in a busy trauma surgery environment with a focus on complex cases and team collaboration.
Job Details
- Certifications: Valid OR nursing license and current BLS certification.
- Education and Experience: Minimum of 1 year of OR nursing experience required.
- Location Requirements: Candidates must be able to circulate ortho, neuro, ENT, general surgery, and kidney transplants. Scrub experience highly preferred; liver transplant experience is a plus.
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Must be able to circulate and scrub highly specialized surgeries including robotics, transplants, trauma, and more. Candidates should be prepared for possible work on holidays and weekend rotations, with assignments primarily based at the West Main campus but with potential floating to other sites.
