Emergency Room (ER) RN position in McKinney, Texas. This role involves providing high-quality care in a busy Emergency Department with a 37-bed, Level 2 Trauma designated unit. The RN will be responsible for managing a wide range of emergency cases, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining compliance with clinical guidelines.

• Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: McKinney, Texas
• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 09/28/2026
• End Date: 12/28/2026
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
• Required Qualifications: Candidates must have experience working in Emergency Rooms, with proficiency in Meditech electronic medical records, and have current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.
• Preferred Qualifications: High-energy, self-motivated, amicable personality with above-average patient experience skills.
• Additional Information:
  • Unit staff includes charge nurses, registered nurses, technicians, and paramedics.
  • Patient ratios are approximately 1:4 in each zone.
  • Procedures typically performed include urgent and emergent interventions for trauma and medical cases.
  • The role requires a quick start, with minimal PTO requests.
  • Dress code is royal blue scrubs.
  • Weekend shifts: 4 per 4-week period, with no on-call responsibilities.
