Job Summary
Operating Room Nurse in Columbia, MD. This position involves providing dedicated perioperative care within the main operating room for a duration of 13 weeks. The role requires managing patient care during overnight shifts, with a focus on supporting surgical teams through a variety of procedures.

Job Details

Position Description: OR Nurse for the Main Operating Room at a healthcare facility.
Specialty: Operating Room (OR)
Shift Time: Nights, 8-hour overnight shifts, from 11:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday nights.
Schedule: Nights, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS). Valid nursing license. Experience as an OR nurse preferred but not required. Must have completed a nursing degree and hold current licensure.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior perioperative nursing experience is a plus.
Additional Information: Float within skillset may be required. No guaranteed hours. Previous employment with Johns Hopkins System must be verified if applicable.
