Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Step Down Unit Registered Nurse (RN) for a temporary assignment. The RN will provide specialized care in a step-down setting, focusing on patients requiring close monitoring and ongoing treatment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to patient recovery within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Job Details:
- Position: Step Down Unit Registered Nurse (RN)
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where care is provided; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); 1 year recent full-time equivalent experience in a clinical setting; Experience in Cardiac Rhythm Recognition
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- Additional Information: This role involves providing direct patient care requiring careful assessment and management of cardiac and critical care patients in a step-down environment. Candidates must be prepared to work in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
