Job Summary:
The licensed registered nurse position in the step down unit located in the healthcare facility involves providing specialized patient care in a transitional environment. The role supports the organization's mission to deliver high-quality nursing services, focusing on caring for patients requiring close monitoring and advanced critical care interventions.
Job Details:
- Shift: Nights, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid registered nurse license in the state where care is provided; graduation from an accredited nursing program; one year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
- Additional Information: The position begins on 09/30/2026 and concludes on 12/26/2026. The role may require the ability to recognize cardiac rhythm and perform skills-based procedures suitable for a step down environment.
