Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor (MS) nursing position in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients with diverse medical conditions, within the scope of practice outlined by relevant regulatory and hospital standards. The Clinical Nurse (RN) will assess patients, develop individualized care plans, administer treatments, and educate patients and their families to support recovery and well-being.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred; California Registered Nurse (CA-RN) license; Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers; ability to communicate effectively in English; minimum of 0 years experience
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Additional Information: The Clinical Nurse is responsible for delivering family-centered care, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, and continuously improving patient outcomes.
