Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse opportunity in a healthcare facility. The position involves working across all aspects of the operating room, including pre-operative, circulating, and post-operative care. The OR Nurse collaborates with surgical team members to provide safe, efficient patient care according to established standards and protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current Texas or multi-state Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience including prior travel experience. Call is required 1-2 weeks per month.
• Responsibilities: Ensuring supply availability, maintaining case timeliness, communicating with families, updating physician preference cards, scrubbing and assisting physicians during surgical procedures, and supervising personnel delivering patient care.
• Additional Information: The position involves working in a PWP facility where payment is contingent upon the facilitys payment. No local candidates are accepted, and all travel submissions must meet the specified experience and travel criteria. The RN will demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership skills within the surgical team.
