Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Winchester, TN. This role involves providing urgent and critical care to a diverse patient population in a busy emergency department setting. The ER RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards, supporting a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), at least 5 years of experience, located within 60 miles or greater of the facility, and prior experience working in an emergency department setting
• Preferred Qualifications: Strong teamwork, effective communication skills, willingness to manage a busy emergency department, positive attitude
• Additional Information: The ER unit features 12 beds, with patient ratios approximately 1:4. Equipment includes B450 monitors and Baxter pumps. The facility handles a wide range of emergency cases, including kidney stones, acute coronary syndrome, strokes, sprains, fractures, and acute kidney injury. Scrubs of any color are acceptable, with the restriction that attire cannot bear branding from another facility.
