Job Summary
Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Nurse in a small critical access facility. This role requires high proficiency in perioperative, endoscopy, and recovery care. Responsible for providing specialized patient monitoring and recovery support in a fast-paced outpatient setting with a focus on high-quality post-anesthesia care.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Start date is 10/12/2026 and end date is 01/11/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Current Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact license, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications, 2+ years of current outpatient Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) experience, perioperative (periop), endoscopy (endo), and recovery proficiency, ability to start and maintain IV lines, minimum of one year of current PACU and endoscopy experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in small critical access facilities, travel experience.
• Additional Information: Candidate must have their own vehicle, include permanent address and any/all requested time off (RTO) in profile; all scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Profiles must include work history, skills checklist for PACU and endoscopy current within 1 year, supervisory reference from within the past two years, and all required certifications and licenses.
