Description
Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) at a community hospital in Greenfield, MA. This position involves providing compassionate emergency care in a busy hospital environment. The role requires managing a high-volume patient caseload and working within a dynamic emergency department setting.
Job Details:
- Location: Greenfield, MA
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, American Heart Association (AHA) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification, minimum of 3 years of ER experience, and the ability to start by 10/05/2026 and end by 01/02/2027
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The emergency department manages approximately 60-80 cases daily and has a patient-to-nurse ratio of approximately 4:1. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical skills, adaptability, and experience in a high-volume emergency setting.
