Job Summary

Operating Room. The position supports surgical services in a Level III trauma center and requires four 10-hour day shifts each week. Call coverage is required, including weekly evening and overnight call and periodic weekend call, with a response requirement to the facility within 30 minutes when directed by a supervisor.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in the specialty.
• Schedule: Day shifts, 10 hours per shift, 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Four shifts are scheduled from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Call coverage is required once per week within a six-week schedule, beginning at the end of the scheduled shift and continuing until 7:00 a.m. the following day. One weekend call shift is required every five weeks from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. The facility is a Level III trauma center, and the professional must be able to respond within 30 minutes when contacted by a supervisor.
