Job Summary

Intensive Care Unit nursing position supporting adult patients age 16 and older in a 14-bed critical care setting. The role provides care for patients with sepsis, shock, diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), acute kidney injury (AKI), vascular conditions, strokes, ventilators, and tracheostomies.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shifts, 10-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: At least one year of intensive care experience; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification.
• Additional Information:
  • Provides care for adult patients age 16 and older in a 14-bed intensive care setting.
  • Clinical conditions include sepsis, shock, diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), acute kidney injury (AKI), vascular conditions, strokes, ventilators, and tracheostomies.
  • Experience with Impella devices, intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP), and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) using PrisMax is preferred.
  • May float to progressive care or medical-surgical units.
  • Assignment dates are 11/16/2026 through 02/13/2027.
