Job Summary
Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Nurse in Atlanta This role involves providing specialized critical care to pediatric patients across multiple ICU settings, including Pediatric ICU, Neonatal ICU, and general care areas within the organizations facilities. The position requires flexibility to float between campuses and manage varying patient care needs during night shifts on a weekend block schedule.
Job Details
- Position: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Nurse
- Location: Atlanta, Georgia
- Shift: Nights Weekend block (FridaySunday)
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: BLS and ACLS certifications, active Georgia or compact license, experience in Pediatric ICU, Neonatal ICU, and Pediatric ICU of at least 2 years, EPIC charting proficiency
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified
- Responsibilities include providing critical care to pediatric patients in various ICU settings, ensuring patient safety, and adhering to established clinical protocols.
- Candidates must demonstrate flexibility to work holiday rotations and make up any missed shifts as needed.
