Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Illinois license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; at least 2 years of medical-surgical/telemetry experience; successful completion of an electrocardiogram (EKG) assessment on the first day. Temporary licenses are accepted when the candidate is actively obtaining a permanent license and can provide confirmation of the permanent license application.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., 36 hours per week.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Weekend coverage is required every other weekend, and holiday coverage is required as needed. The assignment includes classroom orientation followed by unit orientation. No on-call coverage is required. Required submission materials include a resume, two professional references, a skills checklist, certification copies, license verification, and an electrocardiogram (EKG) test with a passing score.
