Job Summary
Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Loma Linda, CA. This role involves providing comprehensive critical care nursing to adult patients with complex cardiovascular and cardiothoracic conditions. The RN will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care in a high-acuity critical care environment.

Job Details

• Position Description: The Critical Care RN provides specialized critical care nursing for adult patients with cardiac and cardiothoracic conditions, including post-operative cardiac surgery, heart failure, acute coronary syndromes, arrhythmias, and cardiogenic shock, among others.
• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license, current BLS certification, current ACLS certification, and a minimum of 2 years recent Critical Care (ICU) experience. Experience with cardiac and/or cardiothoracic surgery patients is preferred.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Experience with cardiac monitoring including arterial lines, CVP, pulmonary artery catheters, and management of vasoactive and cardiac infusions is required. Candidates should have strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills, experience managing ventilated patients, and be willing to float to other ICU units as needed.
