Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse in a healthcare facility. This position involves providing specialized patient care within the ICU setting, supporting recovery and stabilization for critically ill patients. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details
- Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), graduate of an accredited nursing program, 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent ICU experience, and location requirements.
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Responsibilities include delivering advanced nursing care to critically ill patients, monitoring patient status, and implementing treatment plans.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or related field, NIH Stroke Scale Certificate, CCRN certification, experience with dialysis, SLED, or equivalent.
- Additional Information: Must have valid license and certifications as specified, capable of working in ICU settings, with a focus on patient stabilization and recovery.
