Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Operating Room. The position supports adult and geriatric surgical patients in a procedural environment with responsibilities for scrubbing and circulating. The role requires strong surgical experience, the ability to support complex procedures, and flexibility to float as operational needs require.

Job Details

Required Qualifications: California Registered Nurse license; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; minimum of 3 years of operating room experience; previous travel assignment experience; previous charge experience; teaching hospital experience; required charting system experience using Epic; experience scrubbing and circulating.
Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience scrubbing and circulating neurosurgery cases, including neurovascular, functional, peripheral nerve, and neuro-oncological specialties.
Schedule: Day shifts; 10-hour shifts; minimum 40 hours per week.
Additional Information: The operating room supports adult and geriatric patients and includes laparoscopic, robotic, open abdominal, and cystoscopy procedures. Interdisciplinary support includes interpretation services, radiology, pharmacy, and unit secretary services.
