Job Summary

Mother/Baby Couplet Care Nurse in neonatal and postpartum care is needed for a healthcare facility. This position involves providing specialized care for neonatal and postpartum patients, including attending deliveries, neonatal resuscitation, and mother/baby couplet care during night shifts.

Position: Mother/Baby Couplet Care Nurse

Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: CA Registered Nurse (RN) license; BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications; at least 2 years of experience; experience attending deliveries, neonatal resuscitation, and mother/baby couplet care; previous charge experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: NICU with postpartum experience.
Additional Responsibilities: Providing patient care based on age-related needs, including stabilization and management of infants equal to Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at 34 weeks and above, handling medications, and educating parents.
Schedule: 3x12 Night shifts, 7 weekend shifts every 13 weeks, rotation possible.
Submission Requirements: Candidates must upload valid licensure, certifications, and references within specified timeframes.
Additional Information: Candidate must complete onboarding labs within 3-5 days of contract signing and provide a 7-year work history verification.
