Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Telemetry. This position provides care on an observation unit while supporting other medical-surgical units as needed. The role requires current hospital experience, strong telemetry assessment skills, proficiency with the electronic medical record system, and active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, with every other weekend required. Call may be required on a rare basis.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Current or recent hospital experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of current or recent Telemetry/Medical-Surgical experience
  • Ability to interpret telemetry and complete required competency validation
  • Current electronic medical record proficiency
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information:
  • Primary assignment on an observation unit
  • May float to respiratory, stroke, cardiac, and other medical-surgical units
  • May support the Emergency Department when appropriately skilled and knowledgeable
  • Telemetry competency will be validated at the start of the assignment
  • Expected start date is 12/07/2026
