Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse position available in en_US. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients within the organization. The nurse will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, deliver evidence-based care, and promote positive patient outcomes in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current, valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; related training and education sufficient to perform the role.
• Additional Information: The position involves providing direct patient care, coordinating, delegating, and supervising activities of the healthcare team. The RN will perform assessments, formulate and revise care plans, and document all patient interactions accurately and timely. The RN may participate in research activities and quality improvement initiatives, contribute to education and mentorship of staff and patients, and work with external contacts to support patient health and safety. The role may involve floating to a sister site depending on census and staffing needs.
