Job Summary
Registered Nurse, Emergency Room, Naperville, IL This position provides emergency nursing care on a 12-hour night shift within a healthcare setting. The assignment includes an eight-week contract, rotating weekend coverage, and holiday coverage as needed according to department scheduling.
Job Details
- Schedule: 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with a minimum of 36 hours per week; assignment begins 11/15/2026.
- Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with previous travel and/or per diem assignments
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
- National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Emergency nursing experience and Epic experience
- Current professional license; temporary licenses may be accepted while a permanent license application is in process
- Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience with previous travel and/or per diem assignments.
- Additional Information:
- Orientation consists of two 12-hour shifts.
- Rotating weekend coverage is required.
- Holiday coverage may be required based on department scheduling.
- On-call coverage is not required.
