Job Summary
The ICU Float (Intensive Care Unit Float) position is located in an unidentified healthcare facility. Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: No minimum experience required; must possess relevant certifications for ICU care.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional responsibilities include flexible coverage across ICU units, adherence to hospital protocols, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working as an ICU float or in a similar critical care role.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be able to provide proper certifications and licensure documentation upon request.
