Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Intensive Care Unit. This position provides compassionate, family-focused care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation. The role supports quality nursing services, promotes exceptional customer care, and contributes to improvements in practice standards and the care environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, with weekend coverage every weekend and no call.
• Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of critical care and Intensive Care Unit experience; at least 1 year of travel experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or ARC; Minnesota nursing license, with a temporary license accepted when a permanent license application has been submitted; documented Medical-Surgical and telemetry training; ability to insert intravenous lines; adult population experience; and Epic experience.
• Additional Information:
  • Provides comprehensive nursing care in accordance with professional nursing standards and applicable policies.
  • Floats to Medical-Surgical assignments on a regular basis.
  • Clinical responsibilities may vary based on the assigned care center and specific patient care needs.
  • Assignment dates are 11/16/2026 through 02/15/2027.
