Job Summary
Telemedicine Telemetry Nurse Location unspecified. This role involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical tasks in accordance with accepted standards as defined by the state Board of Nursing. The position requires assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care while promoting health education, therapy, and treatment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Rotating shift; 3-12 hour nights / 1900-0730; Weekends: Rotating; Minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) from an accredited School of Nursing, current RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification from the American Heart Association, ACLS certification from the American Heart Association, NIHSS certification, and at least 1 year of experience in a related setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Responsibilities: Includes performing independent nursing functions, delegated medical functions, health assessment, health teaching, counseling, therapy, and treatment for supporting and restorative patient care, as well as documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines. May require floating to other telehealth units, orthopedic surgical trauma units, and acuity adaptable units.
• Additional Information: May be required to float to other tele units, orthopedic surgical trauma, and acuity adaptable units (step-down units).
