• Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school, with recent acute Medical Surgical (MS) with Telemetry (TELE) experience of at least 2 years. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing. Certifications required include CPR and ACLS. Epic experience is also required. Must have a Massachusetts RN license at the time of submission.
• Requirements: Recent acute Medical Surgical with Telemetry nursing experience, and active Massachusetts RN licensure. Pass ECG/Telemetry and Medications tests during onboarding with a minimum score of 85%. Must pass tests on the first attempt; no re-sits are available.
• Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to adult medical and surgical patients, including telemetry monitoring. Ready and interpret own strips as there are no telemetry techs on this unit. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, complete assessments, administer medications, and document care accurately.
• Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, every other weekend, with minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Duties include float between all Medical Surgical Telemetry units as required. Must be separated from previous employment for 6 months and in good standing.
