Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry Nurse in the Massachusetts area. This position involves providing specialized nursing care to surgical and medical patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting electrocardiograms and medication administration, with a focus on safety and quality patient care.

Job Details

• Position Description: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. 2 East Unit. 12-hour day shift, every other weekend. Epic experience required. Will be floated between all MS TELE units as needed. Massachusetts licensure required at time of submission. This unit does not have telemetry techs; all RNs are expected to read and interpret their own strips. Passing ECG/telemetry tests and medications tests during onboarding is required, with one attempt allowed.
• Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, recent acute Medical Surgical with Telemetry nursing experience of at least 2 years, current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing, CPR and ACLS certifications, Epic experience. Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months and in good standing.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, days, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidates must pass mandatory ECG/telemetry and medication tests via Zoom prior to onboarding; preparation is highly recommended using the provided study guide.
