Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nurses are needed to work in a healthcare facility on a day shift schedule. The position involves providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population, including surgical and overflow medical patients, with a focus on telemetry monitoring and interpretation.

Job Details

• Position Description: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. Located on a 3 North Unit, the role entails 12-hour day shifts with every other weekend. The RN will float between all Medical Surgical Telemetry units as needed. Epic experience is required.
• Required Qualifications: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing. Recent acute Medical Surgical with Telemetry nursing experience of at least 2 years. CPR and ACLS certifications. Epic experience required. Must have passed ECG/Telemetry and medication tests during onboarding with a minimum passing score of 85% on each; no re-sits allowed. Valid MA license required at time of submission.
• Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Must be separated from the healthcare provider for 6 or more months and be in good standing. The unit does not have telemetry techs; all RNs are required to read and interpret their own strips. Onboarding testing must be completed within 48 hours of confirmation. Only medical exemptions are acceptable for Flu vaccination requirements.
