Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Telemetry. The Clinical Nurse provides evidence-based, hands-on care while assessing patients, developing and evaluating individualized care plans, coordinating with the healthcare team, and educating patients and families. The role promotes safe, family-centered care and supports ongoing professional development and quality improvement.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current California registered nurse license; current American Heart Association certification for Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include performing the nursing process; interpreting assessment data; implementing and evaluating nursing and medical interventions; identifying and responding to emergencies; teaching patients, families, and nursing staff; prioritizing and delegating care; collaborating with healthcare providers; maintaining accurate documentation; supporting patient and employee safety; and contributing to quality improvement, team building, and professional practice.
