Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Emergency Room. This high-energy, fast-paced role supports emergency care in a 12-bed department with typical patient ratios of 4:1. Responsibilities include caring for patients requiring cardiac and neurological emergency services, including stroke and tissue plasminogen activator treatment.

Job Details

Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience; Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), either Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong neurological and cardiac nursing skills.
Schedule: Day shifts consisting of 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: The role supports emergency procedures including ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction care, stroke treatment, and tissue plasminogen activator administration. Preferred scrub color is royal blue; attire must not display competitor emblems. Assignment dates are 11/23/2026 through 02/22/2027.
