Job Summary
Emergency Room, Sioux City. The emergency room healthcare professional provides clinical knowledge and skills as part of an interdisciplinary team caring for patients in a Level III trauma setting. The position follows a day schedule and may require floating within the same discipline across local campuses.
Job Details
- Assignment Dates: 11/23/202602/22/2027
- Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week; weekend rotation is every third weekend.
- Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience; active Iowa license; active Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications. American Heart Association (AHA) certification is preferred, with alternative certifications accepted. Valid driver's license required.
- Additional Information: The healthcare professional contributes to patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team and may float within the same discipline across local campuses. The position requires work during two of the following three holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day.
