Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical With Telemetry, Templeton: Performs professional nursing functions by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Coordinates, manages, provides, and delegates care while promoting collaboration among the healthcare team and adherence to established nursing practice standards.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
• Assignment Period: 11/09/202602/07/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of a school of nursing; current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; one year of recent acute care Registered Nurse (RN) experience; experience using Epic required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Medical-surgical floor experience preferred.
• Responsibilities: Assess patient histories and physical conditions; identify and report abnormal diagnostic data; recognize cardiac, respiratory, and other emergency conditions; administer and document medications according to established policies and procedures; support discharge planning and patient education; follow infection control guidelines; maintain accurate documentation; participate in emergency response, staff education, meetings, and department-specific training; collaborate with the healthcare team to meet patient needs.
