Job Summary
Medical Surgical With Telemetry. The registered nursing role provides direct patient care on a medical-surgical unit serving patients with cardiac conditions and telemetry needs. The position requires clinical judgment, coordination across the healthcare team, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Ability to provide direct nursing care, implement and monitor patient care plans, assess patient conditions, communicate clinical changes, coordinate care and discharge planning, carry out physician and nursing orders, exercise critical thinking and decisive judgment, and work with minimal supervision.
- Additional Information: The assignment is on a 29-bed medical-surgical unit with some cardiac patient care and telemetry monitoring. Navy or maroon scrubs are required. The assignment runs from 11/22/2026 through 02/20/2027.
