Description
Job Summary
Registered Nurse, Cardiac Cath Lab. This position provides specialized nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and related procedures. The role includes day shifts, scheduled call coverage, and occasional floating to an affiliated campus.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shifts, 9 hours per shift from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 4 days per week, totaling 36 hours per week. Call coverage includes 12 nights per week and every fourth weekend.
- Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in the relevant specialty; prior travel experience; active Virginia or compact Registered Nurse (RN) license at the time of submission; Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications.
- Additional Information: Orientation occurs every other Monday. The position may require floating to an affiliated campus twice weekly. Approved COVID-19 or influenza vaccine declinations may be accepted.
