Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit Float nursing position for a 13-week travel assignment beginning 11/30/2026. The role provides critical care nursing services across intensive care settings, including ventilator management and medication drip titration. Occasional floating may be required based on operational needs.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shifts from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks, from 11/30/2026 through 03/01/2027.
- Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience; critical care experience; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Balloon pump, Impella, and trauma care experience; Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include medication drip titration and ventilator management. Patient assignments typically range from 1:1 to 1:3 based on acuity. The position has no call requirements, and solid-color scrubs are permitted.
