Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery Department. The Registered Nurse provides safe, direct patient care throughout the antepartum and postpartum periods, supporting both mothers and newborns. The role includes patient assessment, care planning, treatment implementation, evaluation, patient and family education, and collaboration with nursing personnel to maintain high standards of care.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care within the scope of practice; assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; provide patient and family education; guide nursing personnel; respond promptly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response; maintain a safe environment; and use the chain of command when necessary to support patient well-being and appropriate care for mothers and newborns.
