Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical Floor: This position provides care on a 21-bed general medical observation unit for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pneumonia, infections, and urinary tract infections. The role requires proficiency with bilevel positive airway pressure and high-flow oxygen, along with a commitment to every-other-weekend coverage.

Job Details

Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications; a minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty.
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, with every-other-weekend coverage required.
Additional Information: Clinical responsibilities include caring for patients in a general medical observation setting and managing bilevel positive airway pressure and high-flow oxygen.
