Job Summary

Registered Nurse, House Supervisor Level 1. This position provides direct nursing care and supports patient rehabilitation through assessment, care planning, education, documentation, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The role also promotes patient and employee safety, supports ancillary staff, and may assume charge responsibilities following orientation.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights; 12-hour shifts; minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to the first shift. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required prior to the first shift for applicable assignments.
• Preferred Qualifications: Minimum two years of bedside clinical experience.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include completing nursing assessments within eight hours of admission, developing individualized plans of care, documenting patient responses, participating in rehabilitation programming, initiating discharge planning, providing patient and family education, communicating changes in patient status, delegating appropriately, supporting continuity of care, maintaining a safe care environment, and pursuing ongoing professional development.
