Job Summary

Registered Nurse (RN), Progressive Care Unit Willingboro. The Registered Nurse provides quality patient care, develops and follows individualized nursing care plans, and supports patient education and discharge planning. The role also includes supervising ancillary nursing personnel and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to promote safe, effective outcomes.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required before the first shift; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required before the first shift for CIRH assignments; minimum of two years of bedside clinical experience.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week; every third weekend.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include completing nursing assessments within eight hours of admission, documenting patient status and responses to care, participating in rehabilitation programming, initiating discharge planning and patient education, communicating changes in patient status, delegating and supervising ancillary nursing personnel, maintaining patient and environmental safety, supporting interdisciplinary collaboration, and assuming charge responsibilities following the orientation period as requested.
