Job Summary

Step Down Unit position providing nursing care across multiple inpatient settings based on patient and operational needs. The role requires strong clinical adaptability, experience with the EPIC electronic health record system, and the ability to support varied patient populations. The schedule consists of 12-hour day shifts totaling 36 hours per week.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications; NIH certification; minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; prior travel nursing experience; proficiency with the EPIC electronic health record system.
• Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, every other weekend and every other holiday, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The role may float within the clinicians skill set across the Acuity Adaptable Unit, Medical/Surgical, Inpatient Rehabilitation, and Emergency Department patients boarded in the Emergency Department. Floating may occur onsite according to the greatest clinical need.
