Job Summary

Registered Nurse (RN), Medical Surgical Floor. The registered nurse provides safe, comprehensive, patient-centered care to patients with a range of medical and surgical conditions, including higher-acuity patients requiring close monitoring and complex nursing interventions. The role requires strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions.

Job Details

Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: Provides care in a critical access healthcare facility with a 16-bed inpatient capacity and limited onsite specialty resources. Responsibilities include medication infusions within validated competencies and care for patients with varied medical and surgical conditions.
