Description

Job Summary

Medical Surgical Floor position supporting adult patients in a fast-paced clinical setting. The role requires telemetry competency, strong teamwork, self-initiative, and a commitment to excellent patient care. The position is scheduled for day shifts.

Job Details

Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; telemetry competency.
Preferred Qualifications: Phlebotomy experience; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: The unit supports a general medical-surgical patient population with typical patient ratios of 56 patients per nurse. Weekend coverage consists of four weekend shifts per four-week schedule. Royal blue scrubs are required.
