Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor Clear Lake. This position provides patient care on a general medical-surgical unit serving patients requiring telemetry monitoring. The role emphasizes self-initiative, teamwork, and excellent patient experience skills in a collaborative clinical environment.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Assignment dates are 11/02/2026 through 02/01/2027.
- Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and telemetry experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Phlebotomy skills and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Additional Information: The unit includes 15 beds with typical patient ratios of 56 patients per nurse. Standard responsibilities include patient-specific procedures and general medical-surgical care. Weekend coverage includes four weekend shifts per four-week schedule. Scrubs are royal blue.
