Job Summary

Registered Nurse Telemetry. The Registered Nurse provides quality, patient-centered nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, intervention, and evaluation. The role collaborates with the healthcare team, coordinates and delegates care activities, and supports patient and family needs while maintaining professional and regulatory standards.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Completion of at least 1 travel assignment.
  • Michigan nursing license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Completion of a nursing skills checklist within one year of application.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Additional Information:
  • Assesses patients physical, psychosocial, and educational needs.
  • Plans and implements nursing care based on patient and family needs.
  • Performs appropriate interventions and evaluates patient responses.
  • Promotes patient satisfaction, quality care, environmental safety, and professional development.
  • Weekend coverage is required every other weekend.
  • A three-strike attendance policy applies; three absences or instances of arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in immediate termination, except when qualifying circumstances are supported by documentation.
