Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor nursing position providing general inpatient care for adult medical/surgical patients, with a specialized focus on orthopedic and oncology care. The role requires orthopedic experience, prior travel experience, and the ability to support patient care during 12-hour night shifts.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: New Hampshire or compact nursing license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA); prior travel experience; Epic experience; orthopedic experience.
- Additional Information:
- Provides care on a 15-bed medical/surgical unit.
- Typical patient ratios are 56 patients per nurse.
- Average patient stay is 34 days.
- The unit provides general inpatient care for adult medical/surgical patients, including orthopedic and oncology care.
- Orientation occurs every two weeks.
- Scrubs may be any color.
