Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical, Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. This position provides nursing care to adult acute-care patients in a medical-surgical setting. The role requires medical-surgical experience, electronic medical record experience, and the ability to work scheduled night shifts, alternating weekends, and holidays.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week; every other weekend and holiday required.
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse license in West Virginia or a compact state; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA); West Virginia Cares certification; at least 2 years of medical-surgical experience; electronic medical record experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Medical-surgical and telemetry experience.
• Additional Information:
  • Adult acute-care and general medical-surgical patient population.
  • Typical patient ratio of 1:6.
  • Navy blue scrubs required.
  • No on-call requirement.
