Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical Floor. This position provides care for medical and post-operative surgical patients requiring inpatient and overnight observation. The role primarily supports orthopedic post-operative patients in a 12-bed unit staffed by registered nurses and patient care technicians.

Job Details

Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Additional Information:
- Provides care for clean medical patients and post-operative surgical patients.
- Supports inpatient and overnight observation stays.
- Primarily cares for orthopedic post-operative patients.
- Works alongside registered nurses and patient care technicians.
